ExcelSupport is an online Complaint Management System. The software comprises of submitting a complaint on the portal with ticket generation to the support staff. The HOD will assign complaint to the support staff or automatically assigned to support staff. Support staff has to feed information on every step to build a track record of solution. On every stage customer can get informed through SMS. The customer can track the complaint status on portal.
